We consider each vendor a partner in the Craft Food & Wine Festival. We want to grow this festival as a community and develop ideas and concepts directly from the vendors and the festival.
WHAT IS THE COST TO PARTICIPATE?
The festival is ABSOLUTELY FREE to participate in! We only ask vendors to provide an ample amount of high quality, free samples for the guests attending.
WHAT DOES A PARTICIPATING VENDOR RECEIVE?
- 8ft table, black linen, 2 chairs
- Name on website
- Media Coverage
- Photos of food/beverage
- Ability to sell product
- Social media presence
- Email inclusion
HOW MANY SAMPLES SHOULD I PROVIDE, AND WHAT SIZE?
We typically have 600 people in attandance and we suggest 2 ounce samples for food and beverage.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE TO SET-UP? WHAT IS THE ITINERARY OF THE DAY?
As a vendor, you are required to set-up at least 2 hours prior to the opening of the event and take down your area only after the doors of the event close.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BECOME A VENDOR?
To become a vendor please full out the application we will contact you after all applications have been reviewed to announce the lineup. Although we will likely accept a small number of restaurants and chefs, we are specifically looking to showcase artisan food makers.
CAN WE SELL OUR PRODUCTS?
Yes! This is a big benefit to participating in this festival. Vendors have averaged over $450 in sales every year. We highly suggest bringing some with you to handle sales and avoid long lines. Also only packaged products are allowed to be sold. ie: popcorn bags, seasonings, nuts, jars of jam, pickles, etc.
WHO WILL ATTEND THE CRAFT FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL?
Our guest range between 25-65 years of age and primarily female. 81% of our guests are locals. This audience is coming to enjoy themselves over good food and fine wines. They love being connected to the community, exploring new foods and supporting local.
